As you are doing for others take time to also do for yourself.
Really. I mean it. Stop, right now. Get still. Focus yourself on yourself. Think good thoughts about you and focus on how they make you feel. Pick three things about yourself and think good, nourishing, positive thoughts. Tell yourself the day is going just as it’s supposed to and intend for it to only get better. No matter what.
Observe how you feel after doing this and Practice it daily.
